With an increase in its market participation and the diversification of its product portfolio, Approach has been restructured and segmented the consumer division, following a world trend in PR agencies. The launch of DiretaCom - specialized in retail and services - and Tools Comunicação - focused on communication and marketing tools - complement the Approach Corporate press office services, consolidating companies as a communication group able to provide customized service for all their clients' needs.

RBCE includes the country's leading communication agencies, employing a work methodology that allows for the implementation of a Communication Plan throughout Brazil, respecting the particularities of each state or region. Thus, by developing local strategies and coordinating communication between partners, Approach increases results obtained on a national level.
The agency also heads Relamce - Latin American Network of Corporate Communication, created to manage the positioning and image of large brands in the region.
