Media Training
To solidify the image of a company in public opinion, Tools Comunicação develops customized Media Training programs in accordance with the client's needs. The essence of this work is in constructing and permanently enhancing the relationship culture with the press, assisting in the elaboration of messages that inform and form public opinion, with positive reflections on the relationship with the media and society. Training results in more direct, objective and transparent communication between the client and journalists, forming quality and reliable relationships.
The course programs vary in accordance with the client's needs and availability, usually lasting between 4 and 8 hours. The course plan includes tips for relationships with journalists; print and electronic media operating routines; Q&A development; crisis situation interview and exercise simulations.
Our programs also include the participation of a journalist from the broad circulation press, invited in accordance with the client's area of operation. Furthermore, we also have a professional specialized in voice and oral expression training, recommended for clients that need an improvement in oratory techniques.
