Image auditing and market research
Tools Comunicação offers services for the collection, exchange and analysis of information about the communication market: scenario, media behavior, press concepts and practices. The objective is to offer clients technical support for the development of effective and innovative strategies for media relationships.
Furthermore, we carry out market research and image auditing in order to evaluate the perception of a certain public in relation to brands or products, providing valuable information for the development of communication strategies. Our products include:
• Brand Perception Analysis (APM):
through interviews carried out with people considered important by the client, the way journalists perceive the organization and its products/services is evaluated. It can also be carried out with our public groups the organization may be interested in (example: clients, professional groups, etc.).
• Media Performance Analysis (ADM):
evaluates the exposure of a company and/or brand in the media in accordance with the criteria of the column inches and exposure quality in relation to exposure generated by competing companies and/or brands.
• Internal evaluation:
A close look is taken at internal corporate communication, studying strong and weak points, and presenting solutions to make the flow more efficient.
