What is it?
Identification of young adults over 18 who want to drink alcohol at the festival. There will be three (3) distribution tents for the bracelets. The project objectives are:
1. Create a visual identification mechanism for the purchase of alcoholic beverages by young people over 18 years of age but who still appear to be underage
2- Preventing underage access to the purchase of alcoholic drinks.
Vendors are advised to sell drinks only to people who show a photo ID or have a bracelet.
