The project has two objectives:

1. Rewarding people responsible for actions that reflect the principles, values and feelings of Rock in Rio. In practice, members of the support staff and officials of the Rock in Rio festival will walk around looking for positive attitudes. When they see one, they deliver a voucher to the person who performed the action that can be turned in at a customer service center for a custom gift from Rock in Rio.

2. Mitigating the discontent of people who go to the customer service center and complain about failures in the festival’s organization. In practice, the team gives a small gift and an apology card to all those who make complaints regarding things that are the fault of Rock in Rio.
