The Imagine Dragons will blow the roof off the joint at Rock in Rio with their unique style of making rock music. The band, formed in 2009 by Dan Reynolds, Wayne Sermon, Ben McKee and Daniel Platzman, have amassed one Grammy, nine Billboard Awards, three American Music Awards, and one World Music Award.
During their 10-year career, the band hailing from Las Vegas - the city that was home to the American edition of the festival in 2015 - has released three albums and numerous singles with a style that blends indie rock, pop and electronic music. With a string of hits, it comes as no surprise that they have collected several awards: three American Music Awards, nine Billboard Music Awards, one Grammy Award, and one World Music Award. Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Norway, Switzerland and USA are some of the countries in which Imagine Dragons reached number 1 with their latest album, "Evolve", from 2017. The band received a gold certification in France and two platinum certifications as a result of their sales in the USA and UK.
