After their 2013 concert, Nickelback will return to Rock in Rio with the tour in support of their latest album,  “Feed the Machine”,  regarded as the greatest and most amazing of the Canadian band so far. On October 6, in addition to the songs of the current tour, the audience will have a lot of fun with their classics.

The band was formed in 1995 in Canada and has nine albums under their belt, in addition to important awards, such as the Billboard Music Award (2002 and 2006), the American Music Award (2006 and 2007), People’s Choice (2007), the Juno Award (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, and 2009), and the MuchMusic Video Award (2002, 2006, 2007, and 2009). Nickelback has also been nominated six times for the Grammy Award.

In 2009, Billboard ranked them at number 7  among all artists and at number 1 among the most successful rock bands of the decade.  The hit “How you remind me”  was the 4th top selling rock song of the decade and was added to the band's string of hits such as “Photograph”, “Far Away”, “Rockstar”, and “Hero”,  the theme from the 2002 movie Spider Man.
