Californian band Weezer will thrill the Mundo Stage on September 28 with its unique sound. Formed by Rivers Cuomo, Patrick Wilson, Brian Bell and Scott Shriner, the multi-instrumentalist quartet has released more than 10 studio albums and has many hits that are always remembered by those who like alternative rock such as "Buddy Holly", "Say It Ain't So" and "Island In The Sun".

Weezer has had a lot of hits for over 20 years. The band has released more than twelve albums, six EPs and one DVD and has sold 35 million copies all over the world, with four Grammy nominations. In 2019, the group released "The Teal Album", with cover versions of classics such as A-Ha's "Take on Me" and the Eurythmics' "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)". The project was a surprise to their fans, as it transformed the tracks and added the band's style to songs already known in their original versions. The Weezer's new album of fresh material, "The Black Album", was released on March 1st and is the band's 13th album.
